Actual Team in 1985, ABC Team in 1984 and 1988, and ABC Team All Events in 1984 and 1985.
ABC ten consecutive year (1983-92) average of 207+ currently ranks him highest among
Minnesota bowlers and sports a 199+ ABC lifetime average. Has several other top 15
finishes in the ABC Tournaments. Competed in the 1985 U.S. Team trials. Won the 1973
Minnesota Masters title, 1980 Minnesota "State" Tournament Actual Singles
champion, 2nd place 1980 Minnesota "State" Tournament All Events. Contributed an
801 series to win the 1994 Actual and Handicap Minnesota "State" Doubles Team
titles. Placed 2nd in the St. Paul Masters Tournament and won the 1990 event. Was a member
of the 1994 St. Paul "City" Actual Team champions. Has one Minnesota
"State" Tournament Team title, one Minneapolis "City" Team title and
four St. Paul "City" Team titles. Won the George Dodor Memorial Award by scoring
an actual 812 in the 1984-85 St. Paul "City" Team event. Was a member of the
1976-77 CBA All-Star Team, a member of the St. Paul All City Team twice. Was 'King Pin' of
the St. Paul bowlers in 1984-85 and an Honorable Mention of the St. Paul All City Team
once. Has rolled six 300's, one 298, five 800's, and more than one hundred 700or-more
series. His highest final season average to date is 224.
