Began her bowling career in 1956. At the WIBC national level, she served as "Teller" in 1993 and as "Assistant Sergeant at Arms" from 1994 through 1998. For 16 years she also served as a representative for St. Paul at the National WIBC convention. At the WIBC state level she served as Chairperson of the "Nominating" committee in 1992, as Chairperson of the "Credentials" committee from 1993 through 1994, and as Chairperson of the "Teller" committee in 1995. For 18 years she also served as a representative for St. Paul at the State WIBC convention. At the WIBC local level, she held the position of Director of the St. Paul WBA from 1980 through 1987, as Vice President of the St. Paul WBA from 1987 through 1997, current President of the St. Paul WBA and is Past President of the St. Paul Bowling Hall-of-Fame Committee. Other accomplishments include participating in all three "Leadership Training Seminars", participating in 17 "Bowling Jamborees", she has been a certified lane inspector since 1988, an assistant lane certification coordinator for 11 years, helped with the "Special Olympics", the Women's U.S. Open, the Coca Cola Tournament for juniors, a staff volunteer at the office for the St. Paul Bowling Association which includes many hours training in new WBA directors, and a "Lane" representative. Currently, she bowls in two leagues and carries a 168 average. She has bowled in 18 National tournaments, 4 National Mixed tournaments, 33 Minnesota "State" tournaments, 33 City Association Tournaments, 31 City '600 Club' Tournaments and numerous State and Metro '600 Club' Tournaments. She is a member of the 1976 Minnesota "State" Team Champions.
